  • You are eager to learn new skills and share your knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • You are open to feedback and willing to make revisions and adjustments to designs as necessary based on feedback from team members or clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE:

  • Create visually-compelling designs for both digital and print media, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Work under direction from the creative and art directors, as well as using your initiative.
  • Be responsible for the full design lifecycle of your projects from concept to execution.
  • Pitch creative solutions in response to assigned projects.
  • Uphold the client’s brand identity standards and ensure a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare files that will comply with print and digital specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with other designers, copywriters and marketing specialists to achieve impactful campaigns.
  • Manage multiple products simultaneously.
