Description & Requirements

Overview: 
Xerox Human Capital Management is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager to provide strategic leadership and act as a Business Relationship Manager, focusing on HR and Payroll Operations within a global framework. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is adept in navigating the complexities of HR and Payroll operations, particularly within a Global Business Services model. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking innovator, capable of transforming strategic vision into tangible technology solutions on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships as a strategic advisor, aligning technology strategies with the global objectives of HR and Payroll Operations
  • Develop and execute an HR Technology roadmap, delivering technical solutions that enhance HR and Payroll Operations worldwide
  • Provide guidance to HR leaders on innovative Digital HR Technology solutions, improving global service delivery, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to integrate enterprise-wide technology solutions that support our global business objectives
  • Lead Digital HR Transformation strategies, managing project risks and ensuring the delivery of superior results
  • Build and sustain global partnerships with IT, vendors, and system owners to configure and maintain solution programs
  • Keep abreast of Digital HR technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on global HR and Payroll service delivery
  • Negotiate HR technology vendor contracts and manage the integration of third-party vendor applications to support global operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
  • Extensive experience in HR application implementation and support
  • Experience in managing HR/IT governance programs
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM and ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery
  • Significant experience in HRIS roles and project/program management
